Suggestions for an all inclusive holiday with 4DC

We have 4DC age 7 and under. We are hoping to take them abroad for the first time next year and love the idea of all inclusive but needing a bigger apartment or having interconnecting rooms is making the search more difficult!

Any suggestions of the best sites/travel agents to use? Or if anyone has any recommendations for specific hotels then that would be great.

Ideally we are thinking Spain/Balearics/canaries (not sure we would feel comfortable with Turkey/Egypt).

I've no advice to offer but I'm in the same boat & finding it so difficult, I'm not comfortable with separating the kids from DH & I, even if rooms are interconnecting.
