9-seater recommendations (need conference seating)

I'm sick of all the hustle and bustle of trying to manage the school run (I know I'm in good company!) especially having to fasten three under 4's into car seats from all angles including climbing into the boot in our Seat Alhambra.

We are now after a 9-seater (have older DC too) but think the conference seating arrangement will work best, so there is no climbing over seats etc.

I know the Mercedes Vito Traveliner can have the rear seats facing each other, and we are keen on that model but they are very expensive. Are there any others we should look at? I've shortlisted the Tourneo, Transporter, Vivaro, and Renault Traffic etc as potentials, but can anyone let me know if the seats can be changed around?

I am just place marking! We are looking for an 8/9 seater - any 8 seaters we have looked at aren't really 8 proper seats and would involve lots of clambering over seats and 9 seaters tend to be too van like. We have 6 children but car is just a 7 seater - Renault Grande Espace - so if we all go out DH has to take his car too (2 seater sports convertible!!). I like our car as it has individual captains chairs and conference seating but we really need a bigger one for going away in the summer. A recommendation would be great🙂
