Siblings winding each other up

This drives me crazy, any advice. Separation works, but I want the elder one to stop winding the little ones up and learn to walk away, help?

Good luck with that. My big ones are 15 - 21 years older than DC5 and they still fight with her. You'd think they'd be old enough to know better.
