when did you feel your family was complete

so i was wondering did you feel complete after having so many children or did you never have that feeling ive just had my 3rd baby 1 week ago i have 2 daughters and 1 boy i am just wondering really weather il ever get over that feeling of missing being pregnant thanks all :)

After dc2 was born 6months ago all I could think about was having the next one! Love the 2 I have so much but feel I have room in my heart for another, but everybody else just assumes you are done with 2 and can be bit judgemental if you say you want more I find. Have financial considerations before we decide for definate and it's not a done deal but feel so sad to think I'm done with the whole pregnancy/baby thing

I felt it after DC 5. Before that I wanted more and didn't feel done even though I had hideous births (almost bled to death and multiple surgeries) and a history of two stillbirths and early losses along with the need to inject heparin and have cervical stitches and a late loss risk of 50 percent. I still wanted more till DC 5.

I don't know what it is that change, just feel content and time to move on and have a rest. Also maybe having teenagers has put me off! And of course money etc constraints. But even if I won the lottery I would not have more.
