Any strategies to deal with this, its every day! I've done the warning then separation and consequences but nothing sinks in, next day its as bad as ever. Is this normal for a family of boys (6, 9, 13)?

I have this every single day. Relentless!

No idea on strategies, I haven't found one that works yet, sorry :(

I used to keep my boys as busy as possible, to wear them out. They were hard work when little but didn't argue between themselves much. I used to literally push them out the back door into the garden when they did. I tried to let them sort it out between themselves as much as possible. Don't think that is as doable for you though (sorry no help) due to the larger age gap between yours. I think its just down to their personality though, rather than anything you or I do as parents.

I'm from a family of four children. The fighting and bickering are now fond and cherished memories ! Perhaps try to leave them to sort it out amongst themselves.
