Im 27 and have a 9 yr old, 8 yr old and 21 month old (i vowed NOT to do the 1 yr age gap again lol) my oh wants 5 children and im happy to oblige :) but not sure when to have the next one. On the one hand i'd quite like to start ttc now and dont want to be having babies past 30 but on the other my baby boy is still my baby.
So what do you think is the best age gap and why?????

I have 12/10/20 months and we will probably start ttc #4 soon. I want a 2-3 year gap as I want Dc3/4 to be close ish.

I don't know if there is an ideal age gap, there are pros and cons either close together or spread out. If you start ttcing now, there will be 2&half-3yrs between the youngest two, which I reckon is a nice gap.

I am pregnant with DC4, my others are 17 years, 13 years and 11 years (yes you did read that right!), pregnancy is totally unplanned! I found the gap between 1 and 2 was easy at first because he could help me by getting nappies etc and slept through the night, the hard part was when he started school, having to get him, a toddler and a newborn out the door in time for 9am.

This time will be heaven! the school and college is local and they can walk themselves there, no need to get up early and wake a sleeping baby.

I'm pregnant with number 4. My boys have just turned 8, 6 and 2. I had hoped to have about 20-28 months between 3 and 4, but it's going to be more like 32 months now as #4 took a while to conceive. I like a 2 year gap, but actually the older 2 are fine with the younger one now he's a bit more lively.
