I would like to do some batch cooking to freeze but none of my pans are big enough. Does anyone have any ideas where I can order some really big ones online?

Fantastic for big quantities of spaghetti sauce and soups. There is nothing that makes you feel more smug than having lovely things to pull out of the freezer for dinner: enjoy!!

Ikea. I have a HUGE but lightweight cauldron which is great for batch cooking and soup.

Our local independent cook shop sells catering quality pans. We have massive ones - maybe trying a catering company?

LaVita Just wanted to update you. The pans you suggested have arrived. They are on the stove ready to go. I have sacks of veg from the farm in the kitchen and about to spend the day batch cooking in my new beautiful, enormous pans.

Thanks - they are perfect!!!

Cheaper from Nisbett's catering supplies. My friends find it amusing that I buy my pans from catering suppliers!
