Activity ideas for 4 boys - age range 3 - 10!

Anyone got any suggestions what we can do with 4 boys. Play parks are good (and cheap) but looking for something different. Older boy is too old for wacky's now. They love laser tag but youngest is too young. Any suggestions where we can take them and they can all run around and wear themselves out and me and dad get to watch and have some peace!

We live in the midlands - so anywhere near there. Thanks

Does it have to be something organised or could you do your own things such as setting up treasre hunts?

haven't tried it myself yet but quite fancy giving geocaching a go, sounds like it would be good for you too.

We geocache, why didn't I think of it. Prblem is a lot fo the time can be spent in the car. It is fun though. We did one recently in the woods int he dark which was fantastic

We have 2 boys and 2 girls. We geocache too, we also ski every weekend on our local dry ski slope. Know skiing sounds expensive but we joined a club for £35 family membership then pay only £2 a week for a 1 hour lesson, tires them out really well. We also have a family membership at the local zoo, big initial outlay but if you go more than 5 times in the year you make your money and our zoo has really good play parks which are empty in the rain as everyone else has children who aren't waterproof

We geocache - brilliant fun once you have spent the money on GPS. Loads of country parks in west mids to explore and a lot have extra activities on for not much money, try kingsbury water park or ryton pools
Bham art gallery is free to get in... get day ranger ticket on buses from west mids travel and see how far you can get (used to do this as a kid ).... Bham nature reserve very cheap and next to park...

Running around in country parks/NT properties, things to climb and poke sticks in. Over half term week quite a few will be running special event days with little prizes for all to win. Bring a picnic.
