Has anyone with a large family considered fostering?

I was wondering if anyone out there with a large family has considered fostering or is fostering? We are thinking about number 5 but we have also had a long term thought of fostering but wonder how this would fit in with a larger family? Has anyone investigated?

I vaguely know someone through school who has 4dc and fosters. She had 3 siblings for a couple of years and atm she has a baby and a teenager who are unrelated. I assume she has an enormous house.

We have four kids and did consider fostering. Right now we are not ready. I am however childminding FIVE children

I heard lots of personal questions can be asked.

We will have to wait and see what happens in the future.
