Kosher hospital food option

I was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer in July.
As it's aggressive they wanted to operate first, that happened end of August, I asked for Kosher food but only stayed over night so not a big problem.
I live in a non Jewish area not near London or Manchester but stupidly thought if Halal is catered for so would Kosher.
Unfortunately I was admitted again Friday, they have only had 2 requests for Kosher in 3 years so don't offer it 😢
I know I can eat halal if need be but after a big surgery you are not wanting to put together a meal plan, should there not be basic knowledge?
I am by no means a person who complains but its not a great situation

🫂 @WeGoChai its not great but if the demand is so low I guess they arent gonna prioritise storing kosher food :( If for any reason you end up in a hospital close to Jewish areas, look up Shabbat rooms. Can get food there.
