Please share any tried and true recipes! I’m down to the last few hours of cooking and do t want to look at another potato and Pesach hasn’t even started yet… 😜

pics are of 2 brownie recipes (no matza meal) and I recommend the choc chip one

Chag Sameach to you all!
The 2 recipes I've been using are Lucious Chocolate Brownies from Evelyn Rose and Maronchinos from Claudia Rosen (they are a different take on cinnamon balls). They have been huge hits.
Also an apple cake I made up -will post recipe later.

Ps what's the difference between potato starch and potato flour. Can they be used in place of each other in recipes?

I’ve made matzah granola this year and it’s really good!

Crush up 4 matzah sheets until the pieces are around 1cm. Then add a tbsp of cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Melt half a cup of honey and half a cup of oil in a pan and then add to the crushed matzah. Add raisins and almond flakes.

it beats paying upwards of £6 for pesadik cereal!
