Our worlds will forever be orange…

Having read the latest update, I just wanted to send you all love and hugs.

Heartbroken beyond belief.

Kfir, his little brother and his scared mother are entrenched in our minds forever. The image of their kidnap and terror on his mother’s face is photographic in our memories. A true symbol of what we are fighting against.

Our worlds will always have an orange tint…. 💔 we will never forget.

It's devastating.

I don't have much else to say.

My baby boy is a day older than Kfir.

My daughter is around the same age as Ariel.

There is not one day that's gone by since October 7, 2023 that I haven't thought of them.

H"YD.

ChallaMama · 19/02/2025 00:23

It is just devastating. I can never erase the terror on Shiri's face as she clings to her babies. My gd what she must have gone through. May gd keep them now. We will never ever forget. I feel like I'm watching the Nazi terror in real time.

OnlyFoolsnMothers · 19/02/2025 08:13

When I read the story yesterday I was filled with so much anger- why doesn’t the world care more! Why do we have to constantly refer to both sides- these are babies, kidnapped tortured babies. Now I just want to cry.

BakedAlaska12 · 19/02/2025 12:28

I shed tears over that poor family yesterday. The world is an awful place.
I just wish people would show more sympathy to those poor hostages.

This is how I feel.

The absolute evil on display on October 7th. Stealing a baby in nappies, a toddler with a dummy and their mother. These are not actions of 'resistance' these are the actions of truly evil people who are terrorists.

My heart breaks for the Father of those children. I don't know how you survive what Hamas has deliberately put him through.

Anyone, anyone who supports Hamas, all those on the marches who defend or excuse them have dehumanised themselves.

PurpleThistle7 · 19/02/2025 13:26

I had no idea I actually thought they were still alive until I knew they weren't. It's beyond horrifying. I have no idea how that family gets through this.

Proudestmumofone1 · 19/02/2025 13:56

Feel every single word of your replies. Just heartbroken.

Will never see the colour orange in the same way. Forever entrenched in our minds. 🧡

(equally being careful in my wording so the post isn’t removed!!!)

I’m just heartbroken. I don’t know how Yarden Bibas will ever get over this. It was evil enough that Shiri and her babies were kidnapped at gunpoint from their home but what sick people can stand by in a public street in Gaza and watch her obviously so terrified and not say or do anything to help. It’s not just the terrorists who are at fault it’s also the local people. Kidnapping babies can never be justified

And let’s not get started on Red Cross etc etc.

And the acceptance that it was justified on our UK streets….

Such a wider issue. And terrifying.

The stark reality of how horrific this absolute mess is for our children fills me with horror.

But trying to focus on our power as a united strong voice (we really are more united as a religion) and making sure our children grow up with a confidence in their identity, beliefs and continue to have a voice.

Never. Ever. Again.

As an example of the above…

my daughter is 3.5 and like many of us (and interestingly the majority of our social circle / people we know / local families in NW london outskirts) we changed our decision on schooling post 7/10 and she attends a Jewish preschool now.

Already she shouts ‘I’m Jewish’ whenever she can. We are not religious and did the whole ‘meet Santa thing’ at Xmas - she said to him ‘happy Chanukah’. My heart burst! 🤣 On holiday, she spotted someone at breakfast wearing a magen David necklace and goes ‘oh my godddd mama she Jewish!! That Jewish sign!!!’ And ended up chatting with this poor lady every morning! I couldn’t have been prouder!!!!! LOUD AND PROUD.

Red Cross? More like the local uber service for released hostages. Did not attempt to visit the hostages at all and did not deliver medicines to them.

This made my heart burst with pride for you and your girl. May we never be shamed for our religion however religious we are or not.

EllaDisenchanted · 19/02/2025 20:33

Been refusing to accept it but just seen Netanyahu’s message. devastating

My heart, and eyes, are so heavy today. I pray that they feel all of our love and that our love and grief lifts their beautiful souls high.

I can't imagine how Yarden Bibas will cope, he seems like such a soft bear of a man and so in love with his beautiful family. How can he ever come back from this. I hope he can somehow find strength and healing.

PurpleThistle7 · 20/02/2025 09:22

I can't focus on anything today. I am in total shock. And so, so sad.

OnlyFoolsnMothers · 20/02/2025 10:08

The images of those terrorists l standing over the coffins made me wretch- every single person on a march who believes these animals want a 2 state solution are deluded. They want to eradicate every Jew in the most inhumane way possible!

gingergran · 20/02/2025 10:14

I cannot believe how low humanity can sink.

The contrast between the behaviour at the farcical ceremony in Gaza and the dignified tears of those lining the streets and in hostage square is quite stark. Even the Red Cross uber service realised that hamas had gone too far with the inscriptions on the coffins and covered them in white sheets.💔

Babycatsarenice · 20/02/2025 10:22

I am sad and angry and don't know where to put these feelings. Where are our marches and protests?

cholent99 · 20/02/2025 13:23

And the ghouls kept their bodies for over 500 days, knowing they could use them as bargaining chips so that Israel would release criminals in return.

I suppose after all this time it will be very difficult for forensics to clearly identify how they died and the kind of torture they suffered. Rest in peace, lovely Bibas family.

cholent99 · 20/02/2025 13:24

Oh and Fuck the Red Cross.

MarieDeGournay · 20/02/2025 16:09

I posted this on another thread earlier:

Standing with you on what must be the most difficult of so many difficult days.
'Be you comforted of heaven'
💔

Proudestmumofone1 · 20/02/2025 18:24

Heartbroken beyond words. Cannot stop sobbing.

How on earth is this happening. How is this reality not some horror / thriller movie?

But more than anything, how the fuck is the world silent?

OP posts:
ChallaMama · 20/02/2025 18:32

I too have felt heartbroken. It's too much. It's the Holocaust in real time.
