Helping friend whose first language is Hebrew with driving theory and Highway Code learning

Can anyone give me any advice please.
My friend is Israeli. Her spoken everyday English is good but written comprehension in English is much weaker. I can explain words to her such as hazard, diversion, etc but as there is a lot of reading involved, she could really do with a translation of the Highway Code and theory info, into Hebrew.

She has a really good dvla app with everything she needs, plus hazard perception tests and test questions for each section, but it’s all in English. If there’s no way round this, I can sit with her to explain the meaning of anything she doesn’t understand, but if there is any way of getting a written translation it would be really helpful. I can find translations into French, Arabic, Lithuanian etc but not Hebrew. She has passed her full test and got a driving licence already but not one that she can drive with over here. Any suggestions really appreciated. Thanks.
