Anyone an angel investor or pooled funds with other investors (not friends or family) to invest in the burgeoning real estate in the UK ?
I have been managing my investments for over 10 years now and I have done the usual, index funds, then moved to stock picking and some real estate. At a point now to diversify and invest as an angel investor or pe. The thing is I don't know anyone in my circle who has done what I have done or looking to be a pe investor. Specifically I am looking at investing in things like oxford innovation finance or similar. Anyone done this ?
