Hi, I'm currently completing a form from one of my pension providers to access my benefits on hold with them and one of the questions is Do you have any Pension Rights? Can anyone please tell me what this means? Many thanks

It’s most likely asking if you have any other pensions (apart from state) elsewhere.

I would have assumed pension sharing orders from a divorce, but if you don't know for certain what it means you need to ask them.
