Do people recommend lifetime isa’s currently saving for our first house I tend to be quite a good saver but I don’t ever take advantage of some of the perks that are offered and just save it in a savings pot, do people recommend them?

Have you read the guide on moneysavingexpert?
It explains everything.
One key piece of information is that you need to start the account a year before you buy the house.
I do think they're good though. 25% interest is generous.

If you are buying in the Southeast be careful if the limits.

The returns are great as you’ve earned 25% on day1 and then the whole amount compounds depending on how you invest. I maxed out my 4k each year since 40. After 50 it doesn’t pay the 25% so I plan to stop then. Mine is for retirement so I’m not looking at buying a house.
