Live overseas moving ISA

So dd and I love overseas

she has a child trust fund on 3%

I have a decent sum in a cash Isa that has been moved to 0.1%

has anyone successfully managed to move either a cash child trust fund to a junior stocks and shares Isa or an adult Isa to another Isa when living overseas?

HMRC says transfers are allowed but payments aren’t but extensive googling and quite a few calls and I havn’t found anywhere that wants to accept transfers

An ISA’s taxfree status is only recognised by HMRC and not by overseas tax authorities. You may find that you are liable for tax on any gains/income on it where you currently live.

Yes, you're on the right track, transfers are allowed even if you're living abroad, but ongoing payments aren’t. According to HMRC, you can keep your ISA or Child Trust Fund open and even move it to another provider while overseas—but you cannot make new contributions unless you return to UK residency GOV.UK

Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs)

Types of ISA available, the tax-free ISA allowance, withdrawing money and transferring ISAs.
