Book recommendations?

Looking for recommendations for books to help me decide on an investment strategy. I'm in my 50s with a workplace pension lined up and also have some money I'd like to invest thanks to an inheritance.

Anyone read anything that might fit the bill?

Not really about investment strategy, more about how buying as much of the whole market as possible will give you a return on your money without significantly high risk.
