Book on how to manage money for young adult?

My DD is about to turn 18 and will get her child trust fund, it will have around £15k in it.

I think I would advise her to put it in a high interest account as I think she will need it over her student years but I would like her to start to drip in a couple of £100 pcm into something like a Vanguard tracker so that she gets into the habit of it.

Has anyone got any recommendations for good books for a young person on how to manage money? I'd like her to be better informed than I was. I know there are plenty of good podcasts etc, but I would like to get her a book as a stocking filler.

Following as I’d love to find a book like that too.

Have a look at the Martin Lewis web page, has loads of tips on savings. He also wrote a book for schools to teach finance to kids but not all schools have taken it up, this might be worth looking into.

Any more suggestions? Doesn't need to be specifically for young adults, DD is doing maths and physics A levels among others, so can absorb info, I guess just something that is reasonably accessible

I haven’t actually read this, so could be wrong, but I’ve always wanted to read Girls Just Wanna Have Funds - it’s a starters guide to money and investment

The Meaningful Money book is pretty good I think.

I found one called The Teenagers Guide to getting Rich - it was really just about personal finances, investing, pensions, compound interest etc.
