Hi all, I’m considering purchasing a new build, two-bedroom house in Quadring, Spalding, and I’d appreciate your insights on the area. Currently, I plan to rent the property out, with the intention of moving there in about five years. I’ve been informed that i can rent the property easy for £830 and is an area that has very good schools.
