I saw one house in auction and want to proceed in that i am cash buyer one of the state agent company name kmitts and roberts they said process will finish in 28 days.i am likely little confused if the process will not finish in 28 days then.even they will give us there there Solicitors because we asked.can anyone suggest is that the right decision.
