Can anyone recommend one? I stupidly opened some with Nitmeg as my LISA is there, but on properly reviewing it all the charges are quite substantial.
I plan to max out at about 10k as I appreciate the dc get this when they are 18, so I'll have savings in my own name for them as well, but still I dint want to fritter away their money in fees.

Have a look at Fidelity and Hargreaves Lansdown, I think both of those offer Junior ISA without platform fee or dealing fee (may depend on fund)... but there will be other fees such as the fund ongoing charge fee.

Transfer out from Nutmeg may incur fees. Check what Nutmeg charges. You may want to change the funds to cash at Nutmeg, then have the cash transferred.
Transfers are initialised from the provider who is receiving the Junior ISA.

Thanks @nannynick, that's really helpful. I had a brief look at HL earlier but got frustrated by their lack of transparency over fees, I was none the wiser after reading their website.
