Hey,

I am a single mum currently renting for £1400 a month, increasing to £1600. I am coping but everywhere else around here is far more expensive.

My landlord is handing me my notice to leave, I have to be out by 9th September. He says the house isn't being kept to standard but I can't see why, nor can others. I think it's an excuse to get me out and get someone in at a much higher rate like similar size houses in the area.

I can't leave the area due to work, my son's school and my parents being close by for childcare. I am really interested in buying as I don't want to be in this situation again however I am single and rent so saving a deposit is near enough impossible.

Does anyone know anything about 100% mortgages and how to go about getting one?

Any advice or tips would be highly appreciated.

You can get 100% mortgage if the mortgage payment is at least a pound less than your current rent and i think you need to have a good credit score and good rent payment history.
