So I am trying to consolidate all my pensions together but I was too late to consolidate them into my new employers pension scheme. This has meant I have requested to transfer them into my previous workplace pension scheme with NEST. Though my employment ended in March 2022 I have continued to make contributions into this scheme alongside my current workplace pension scheme. Two transfer went through with no issues at all. But the last one I have to compete alot of forms for. They are asking if it is an Occupational Pension Scheme or a Personal Pension scheme? I would have expected it to be considered a personal now, but NEST have said they are a workplace pension scheme.
So which form do I complete as I am not currently employed by the employer who set up NEST and am not receiving a wage?
