I am looking for a loan of £60000 to start a property buy to let portfolio. I work full time for the Royal Mail but plan to be in the property business full time in the near future.
I want to repay the loan as a lump sum in 1 year and can pay 25% interest on top (£75000 in total).
I am not a homeowner but I have a share portfolio with Hargreaves Lansdown worth around £100k that I can use as collateral. I have approached a few companies regarding a Lombard loan but they require a share portfolio to be a minimum of £500k in value.
Looking for anyone who wants to invest or advice on how to get the loan?
