Endowment matured

I have about 37k about to mature from an endowment I took out in the late 90’s. The property and mortgage this related to have long since gone so it is cash to invest for me. Cash that took me 25 years to accumulate!

I’ve paid the mortgage off the property I currently live in. I have a company pension and make AVC’s of over 30% of my salary. I started a Vanguard S&S isa about 2 years ago. It did well at first but is now -3%. I am
’keeping the faith’ and feeding money in there still though I can’t go to the max each year.

I have a primary school age son who might want to go to uni. I’m hoping to retire ‘early’ - say 60 and I’m 50 now. Any thoughts on what to do with this money over
10 years maybe? 😊 thank you

Just get it into the ISA and a GIA and ignore. Use Vanguard. Keep the faith!
