LGPS v teachers pension

Hi - I contribute a small amount to both each month ( I work as an HLTA and unqualified teacher)

My question is: which is “better”?

I know they are both DB schemes but can’t fathom the differences.

Would it be good to transfer one into the other ( and if so, which way round) and to pay just into one each month?

With which can you take pension early with less penalty?

I will have less than 10 years service when I leave education and do not earn a huge amount..
thanks.
