Our new house will be completed in 11 mths. is it allowed if our family live in our own buy to let for 10 mths ?

If you've got a buy to let mortgage on it you'd better ask the lender and make sure they're ok with it.

You can't live in your own btl if that's the question. You would have to change the mortgage
