App for investing

I've just seen an app for investing.

Anyone use similar ? Are they worth it? Any recommendations?

Nope. An app can mean you look more often, you tinker with it more often (selling and buying things).

Having a functional website is important. Something which lets you setup automatic monthly contributions and lets you easily edit that so you can creep it up over time.

Vanguard Investor does not currently have an app, though are thought to be developing one. I like that it does not have one, as it means to look at an account you have to use a web browser... so it takes a couple of taps!
