SIPP for owned commercial property

Looking for a SIPP in which to transfer an already owned commercial property in specie. Ideally a provider that does not insist on their own panel solicitor or a property manager. Does anyone, who has done this, have any recommendations?

I think all sipp providers insist on charging a property free, they do nothing to earn that fee in my opinion. In terms of a panel solicitor, you can get some that let you choose your own. You just have to ask sometimes and make enquiries. Look into AJ Bell

Possibly Curtis Banks? On the solicitor side of things anyway.
