Anyone used this and can offer any help? I’m trying to withdraw my funds and really struggling. I’ve closed all the trades and it’s showing as ‘equity’. But then when I go to withdraw my balance, it’s saying the withdrawal amount available is $0. How do I get the equity to show in my available withdrawal balance? I can’t even contact ETORO as you have to be a premium member or something to access their live chat. And when I try to contact customer service, the link goes bloody nowhere. I just want my money back!

What instruments did you sell? If shares, and you sold today, the trades may not settle for two days so thay don't have the money to send you.

If you don't get anywhere, email [email protected] stating that you are making a complaint. This will get the wheels moving

If you just disinvested today the money won't actually be available to withdraw for a few days but could be reinvested immediately thats the way these platforms usually work

Is there no FAQs etc?
