Had anybody got any experience of investing in Cash FX?
A colleague has recently invested a large sum of money (c£250k) in this company and is making £6-7k cash per week . Her lifestyle has completely changed - flash cars, holidays (booked at least), and lots of designer clothes.
Having researched this online I feel sceptical; there are a lot of warnings about it being a scam and it definitely seems to be a pyramid or Ponzi scheme. I am however interested as to whether anybody has any real-life experience as although it appears too good to be true I am curious!

That would be over £350k per year profits. I would suggest they are either a genius, a lier, or at very high risk of losing a significant amount of money very quickly. My bet would be on one of the latter two. As the saying goes; if it sounds too good to be true...

Look at trust pilot reviews for example.

Within 6 posts the OP has a response from someone claiming they invest in this very small niche activity

If someone is making such great profits in a legit investment, surely they would actively want to keep it a secret to prevent a flood of people taking away their advantage, not promoting it...? Unless, of course, it is in fact a pyramid scheme that relies on hooking new suckers.

The FCA has placed a warning on its website about this company

Expect to eventually hear people bleating on a Radio 4 Money Box programme about how they were misled, they’ve lost their life savings etc etc

£1.2 million a year? This doesn't sound right at all for a normal investment scheme. It's either a scam in which they have handed over even more and won't get it all back, or they are covering up something illegal with a cover story or they are just lying outright.

Why is she still your colleague if she is making this much money? Surely she would have given up her job by now to live the high life.
