Advice about selling shares

Hi, hope someone can help. I’m not very clued up on how or the best place to sell shares. I want to sell some shares I received in 2014. Today’s share price is 18.51. Does this mean the shares are worth £18.51 each? I am in the UK.

Also, what is the best firm (low commission wise) to deal with, on the internet or by phone?

Thanks in advance, any help appreciated.

So shares currently valued at 102.10 are actually worth £1.0210 each, maybe don’t get excited yet.
