I have been looking into buying a house with plush homes and I’m wondering what the catch is.
You pay £400 to secure a home once their mortgage advisor manages to secure you a mortgage. No legal fees as the advisor claims these back from the mortgage company.
If you want to sell you can do so. I asked what the catch was and apparently there isn’t one??
