Equity release

I purchased a BTL property in East London 11 years ago purchased for £228k now worth £425k obv I’ve got equity which I want to release is it worth taking it now if so what can I invest it in to give me great returns.
Any advice greatly appreciated. x

Yes it’s invested in a BTL but there is equity which if it is released what can I do with it to earn me good money.
