I'm going through a divorce and so looking at a future without that financial security so I'm exploring ways of earning a passive income (aside from a day job) with a long term outlook. ie investing in property in areas outside London, online selling etc. Does anyone have any advice or experiences of a similar situation and what they have done or what they know is achievable and not so risky.
