Hi, would like to know if anyone has personal experience of requesting a Consent to Let from First Direct and what the outcome was.
We have been with them for nearly 10 years, out LTV is approximately 25%, we are currently overpaying by quite a large amount and the mortgage should be redeemed in the next 7 years which is 8 years early. We are planning to rent out our house for 2-3 years and move into rented accommodation.
