Hello,
Anyone got hit by this company? They took money to invest in shares and we signed contract, then suddenly they stop communicating and disappear.

I wonder how those gets away with their work and left to work freely here.

Well the FCA website flags them up as an unauthorised firm. How did you come into contact with them?

they flag them but they didnot stop them, they operated as usual. How the authorities let this happen and only watch is something I do not understand.
They tricked many and took their money. The money transferred into UK bank account. They have UK address and UK limited company.
They are steeling people in day light with noone to stop them

It is wrong. However, any investor should do their own due diligence, be clear about what they're getting into and who they're dealing with. Like any purchase - buyer beware. Have you followed up with Action Fraud or similar?

That was done and all references were pointing as good company, it is based in UK. Action fraud are over loaded and as it looks, they possibly losing hold which is really bad. Waiting times in almost a year now.
They tricked many people, many of them are pensioners. This is really bad and they just disappeared even though the website still there, ltd company is still there.
The aim here is to open other people eyes, try to collect all people that invested with them, and maybe find out the options we have to claim our money back as this company is turned to be a fraud not an investment.
