STBXH and l are currently in the process of sorting out the finances. I am going to be taking over the mortgage solely and have borrowed more so l can give him a lump sum.
I have to complete by end of March but l don't think the court order will be back in time as they have massive delays.
Does anyone know if Santander can extend their offer? I have tried googling but no joy.
