Contesting a will, help needed

After loosing our beloved grandad my dad went to probate saying there was no will. Probate was granted and my dad received everything which he then gave myself and my sister 30k each and my dad received everything else.
We have since found the will he had hidden from us which states myself and my sister are to receive everything (house, car, contents, land money Etc and my dad to receive a small amount) . When questioned he said my grandad only did that on paper as he didn't want my mum to get her hands on it ( they were going through a bitter separation through the courts).
He then has produced a will from the May before my grandad died in the September which is clearly fake stating he gets all other than the 30 k each and is only signed by one witness anyway but he denies this.
I have contacted the solicitor and he says the will is there ( the one I found) but can only see myself and my sister with my dad as he is a named trustee, my mum is also but they said we can go with both or my dad but not just my mum. Is this the case?
So confused as to what to do. I just want my grandads wishes to be met.
Help

My family has had issues with my grandmothers will (was changed when she was incapable of changing it.) it broke a previously close family apart and still 15 years on my grandmothers children dont speak to or of each other nor do nieces, nephews or cousins. So think carefully about whats really important before you do anything drastic.

Which solicitor is this? Yours?

Would it be a life changing amount to your and your DSiS?

Why do you think your Dad so desperately wants the money?
