Hmm not sure what the deal is but if you get in touch i can get you a voucher for a 3 day property course that i did a few months ago.
I went on to then do an advanced course which i am completing. The general view is that if this is new build investment its unlikely that you will get as good a return also watch out for leasehold and ground rent terms.
