Dd inherited £10k and is looking for best place to save it for medium term.she will probably want to access it in about 5 years when she buys a house . Looking really for any advice as its not really enough to warrant going to a financial advisor.
Only criteria is she doesn't want to risk it .
She is a non tax payer at the moment but will start work in about 2 years . Can any of you savvy mnetters help?

Start with a LISA. Lifetime ISA that will give her additional 25% when she takes the money out to buy a house.

Yes to LISA! Government matches contributions by 25%. Only the conts. Not interest grow etc. Gov bonus is paid yearly I think. Not on way out.

Very few providers are offering one though.
