Can one buy shares in these supermarkets? It seems like they are going from strength to strength.

Well they are both German, so thy won't be on the UK Stock Market. I have a feeling they might be state-owned. I may well be wrong about that though.

I think they're both privately owned so they don't have to answer to shareholders.
