Can you buy premium bonds in post office with cash?

That's it really. Or do I have to put it in a bank account first and pay by card or cheque?

I'm pretty sure you can buy them in cash at Post Office Counters. Minimum £100.

BTW.... you should read what MoneySavingExpert has to say about Premium Bonds [http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/premium-bonds here]]. Martin Lewis thinks they're not a good investment and, on personal experience, I tend to agree.

Thanks - interesting... Tbh I'm only investing a couple of grand so I'm not really that worried about the return. Didn't realise the odds were so bad though!
