Not sure if this is in the right place but here goes.
I have what i think is a good buisness idea, (without saying too much), it involes buying a old building and turning it into something else, i think it would have a good chance of making good money as we know others in the area that are doing great and expanding, dh works in the trade/area of the buisness and has a lot of knowllage and also knows a lot of other people who are doing great in the trade/buisness.
The only problem is we have no money to buy the property (i know its a huge problem), so at the momment its just a dream 
, the property has been on the market for a long time and is now being sent to auction so i know our dream is soon going to be gone.
Is there any way of getting a buisness loan for such a huge amount of money, would it be possible to find someone to invest?
Should i just give up
