How did you cope after a final unsuccessful round of IVF?

I found out last week that my 3rd and final round of ivf on the nhs failed. This time the day after egg collection, the last 2 times I had gone the full way, embryo transfer, but ended with a negative pregnancy test. I am getting counselling from a fertility councillor buts it’s just knowing how to move forward. I don’t actually know what to do with myself to process it all. We are waiting on a letter which we were told would arrive in a few weeks explaining what went wrong and next steps (thinking they might mention going private on the nhs) which i don’t see the point as it’s already failed 3 times. My husband and I are going to look into doing a round of ivf abroad to give ourselves one more chance to try and have a family.

Im doing my 5th cycle in october but trialing a different medication, but im pretty sure that will be my last round. I wasnt going to at first but my fs convinced me to give it a go. Sometimes trialing a new clinic who have different protocols can work. I would suggest trying privately if you have that option.
