Has anyone had falling progesterone after transfer and still a positive outcome?

I’m 6dp5dt after a fresh transfer and my clinic monitors progesterone every other day after transfer.

My levels have been:
• 2 days before transfer: 243 nmol/L
• Day of transfer: 270 nmol/L
• 2dp5dt: 107 nmol/L
• 4dp5dt: 47 nmol/L

The clinic has said they’ve seen this happen in successful pregnancies and that they want to get me back above 100 nmol/L. They’ve now increased my support to 4 Cyclogest pessaries + 2 Lubion injections per day.
I’m really struggling with this and have convinced myself the huge drop means it hasn’t worked. I know progesterone levels can fluctuate, but has anyone experienced a drop this significant after transfer and gone on to have a positive pregnancy?

I’d really appreciate honest experiences, especially from anyone whose progesterone dropped below 50 nmol/L and still had a successful outcome.

Beta is 18th August. ❤️

Hang in there. For a natural pregnancy they like it to be above 30 - so you’re still above that. My clinic for IVF like a minimum of 50 on the day of transfer (but remember they always build in buffer zones in IVF). When are they next testing your levels?

Thank you so much for your reply!
They tested again today, but I wont get the results until tomorrow. I’m just worried because of the massive drop, it doesn’t look good :(

I also had an early MC on my last IVF cycle and I felt twinges and cramps, light headedness etc but this time I feel absolutely nothing! I feel so heartbroken xxx
