Faint line 13 days after IUI: pregnancy or trigger shot?

I am 13 days past IUI. I had Ovidrel shot 14 days ago. I took a test today and I have a very faint line. Could this be an early pregnancy result, or the remnants from the trigger shot?

I had a triple HCG trigger so 15,000 UI and when I tested out my trigger it was gone by 10 days post trigger, although everyone metabolises it differently, I would say cautious congratulations 💕 and maybe re test in 48 hours xx

Trigger was gone after 10 days for me, so I'd say unlikely to be the trigger shot. Test again tomorrow and hopefully it will be a little darker. Congrats!
