Progesterone levels ahead of fresh transfer

I will be having my egg collection tomorrow. I had my scan yesterday and I have over 20 follicles so at risk of OHSS, therefore they checked my progesterone levels. I’ve attached my results. Is this ok for a fresh transfer on Monday or will they cancel and freeze all?

Im unable to read that. Your clinic will tell you after egg collection if it will be a freeze all, once they know the actual numbers of eggs collected. Usually with a large collection of eggs its automatically a freeze all to be safe and you can usually prepare for transfer the following month.

Sorry not sure why photo is so bad. My progesterone is 4.9nmol at day of trigger

Thank you for your reply. Appreciate you taking time to respond. Do they do this because of risk of OHSS?

Once your eggs are collected and the more you have collected, your progesterone might spike increasing your risk of ohss. Progesterone rises due to ovulation and continue to rise for a possible embryo to implant. Id say with over 20 follicles your chances of a freeze all are higher then someone only having 5 or so follicles. Though iv actually experienced mild ohss and only had 5 eggs retieved and I was low risk. I did go on and have a transfer that was successful but probably not something id recommend.. I had a day 3 embryo transfer so didnt heal at all and I was in pain for a while after a positive beta.

Thanks for explaining. It’s all so confusing isn’t it! So glad your transfer was successful but a shame that it was so painful/uncomfortable for you.
