Used Menopur before fully dissolved, worried I affected IVF cycle outcomes

Hi, I have come on here for help from anyone who may have done the same. I have just taken my last dose of menopur 300iu and realised that I have been using it without letteing the powder fully dissolve. When I add the liquid the powder is mixed but there was tiny tiny specks floating on top and in a rush and with anxiety I still used it without waiting a few minutes for it to dissolve fully. Has anyone else done this? I have been given 600iu vials. So using 300 on days I mix and 300 day after (which is super clear) and now I’m thinking on the days I mixed the solution they were not fully dissolved. I cannot stop crying feeling like I sabotaged this cycle and hate myself even more for it.
my trigger shot is in half an hour. I measured 12 follicles at baseline and only have 6/7 follicles now. Most of them are small, my AMH is 12.5 and husband has azoospermia

No you haven't sabotaged anything! I know the feeling during egg collection and it's just your brain trying to attach understandable anxiety about this whole process to whatever irrational worry it can. If you weren't anxious about this you'd find another reason because the process itself puts us under so much pressure! It's so so tough to get through! 6 or 7 follicles is a good number, fingers firmly crossed!! Whatever happens is not because there were tiny specks of meds still floating. There is a buffer built in for drops lost at the tip of the needle, people getting the dose wrong or even missing a dose and some are on much lower doses and it's often a bit of trial and error regarding the dose anyway. It won't make a difference. You are doing an amazing job!!!

Don’t worry! Your team decided to trigger you because you were ready to be triggered. There is a size threshold not a drug threshold that governs that decision. And besides, tiny tiny specs would only minimally change what concentration the injection was, like pp said, they account for lots of variables, think of when the meds follow the needle out, or when some of the liquid is left in the vial (becuase it’s hard to get it all!)

I bet if you told one of the fertility nurses they’d be like nahhh no big deal.

I hope trigger went well. It’s a strange, scary, big feeling moment. Enjoy your day off syringes tomorrow and know that you’ve done everything right.

you are ok lovely, it wont make a significant difference if you were still getting all the powder from the vial

just do something nice for you and try to relax before egg collection

all the best lovely ❤️❤️❤️
